Justin Hester

Justin Hester serves as Senior Managing Director—Private Capital Solutions at HSFT, where he co-leads the firm’s private capital operations globally.  With more than two decades of experience spanning private equity, hedge funds, fund administration, and investment management, he brings deep expertise to the firm’s private markets offering.

Prior to HSFT, Justin served as a consultant to a financial technology software company, and to Sierpinski Capital Management as Transitional Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Earlier in his career, he held CFO, COO, and CCO positions across multiple alternative asset management firms, as well as leadership roles in hedge fund operations, fund accounting, and administration.

Justin began his career in public accounting and has built extensive experience across all facets of alternative investment operations. His broad industry perspective and hands-on leadership make him a key contributor to HSFT’s private capital solutions strategy and client service excellence.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Fairfield University.
