David Levy

David Levy serves as a Senior Managing Director within HSFT’s Treasury team, where he plays a key role in overseeing treasury operations and supporting the firm’s global operating model. Since joining HSFT in 2017, he has leveraged deep expertise across treasury, collateral management, and operational infrastructure to help drive efficiency, control, and scalability across the organization.

Prior to HSFT, David spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, holding a range of leadership roles across Treasury, Middle Office, and Collateral Management. His extensive experience spans liquidity management, operational risk, and the development of robust support frameworks for complex financial businesses.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University.
