David Tawil

David Tawil serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Investor Services Software Development and as a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where he leads the strategy, development, and ongoing evolution of the firm’s investor services technology platforms. As a member of the HSFT Operating Committee, he plays a key role in advancing the firm’s technology roadmap and delivering scalable, innovative solutions that support clients and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Prior to joining HSFT, David led Investor Services Development at IFS/State Street, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting a global investor services platform. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Developer at AT&T Corp., building a strong foundation in enterprise software development and technology architecture.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Rutgers University.
