Declan Brosnan

Declan Brosnan serves as Senior Managing Director of Fund Accounting and as a member of the Management and Operating Committees. With more than three decades of industry experience, he helps shape HSFT’s strategic direction while leading the delivery of the firm’s fund accounting capabilities. He oversees client service teams supporting a range of alternative investment managers and plays a key role in advancing operational excellence  across the organization.

Prior to joining HSFT, Declan served as Head of Fund Accounting at IFS/State Street, where he was a member of the senior management team responsible for the firm’s business strategy, along with leading multiple client service teams.

Earlier in his career, Declan held roles with PFPC International Ltd. and Irish Life and Permanent plc.

Declan holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
