Declan O’Brien

Declan O’Brien serves as Senior Managing Director of Fund Accounting at HSFT. He oversees fund accounting operations and plays a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions to HSFT’s global client base.

With nearly three decades of industry experience, Declan has developed deep expertise across fund accounting, operational infrastructure, and service delivery for alternative investment managers. Prior to joining HSFT, he served in senior leadership roles in fund accounting at both IFS/State Street and Fortis Fund Services.

Declan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Master of Business Studies. He also holds various professional qualifications in AI, reflecting his interest in the evolving role of technology and innovation within financial services.
