Donal McDwyer

Donal McDwyer serves as Senior Managing Director at HSFT, where he leads complex client onboarding and platform conversion initiatives. He oversees the transition of new clients to the HSFT platform, driving the integration of operational, accounting, and reporting workflows to ensure a seamless implementation experience. Donal also leads the firm’s broker integration initiatives, working closely with counterparties to automate data delivery and reconciliation processes.

Prior to HSFT, Donal served as Director of Client Transitions at IFS/State Street, where he was responsible for managing client onboarding and conversion programs, and played a leading role in the development of the firm’s Transfer Agency business. Earlier, he was a Team Leader within the Fund Accounting Department at Custom House Group.

Donal holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
