Eoghan O’Dwyer

Eoghan O’Dwyer serves as Head of Poland at HSFT and as a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where he leads the firm’s Poland operations and is responsible for advancing operational excellence, scaling the business, and developing the talent and leadership capabilities that support the firm’s continued growth. Drawing on extensive experience across fund administration and investment operations, he plays a key role in strengthening HSFT’s global operating model and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining HSFT, Eoghan held leadership roles at Apex Fund Services and Citi Fund Services, where he built deep expertise in fund administration, investment operations, and client service delivery.

Eoghan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin.
