Fergus Grogan

Fergus Grogan serves as Senior Managing Director of Product & Portfolio Management and as a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He defines the strategic direction of HSFT’s proprietary technology platform, leading the development of products and capabilities that support the evolving operational and reporting needs of alternative investment managers. By aligning technology innovation with client requirements, Fergus drives the continued advancement of the firm’s platform and service offering.

In addition to his product leadership responsibilities, Fergus oversees a number of centralized functions across the organization, advancing operational efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration. His leadership plays a key role in driving innovation across the business and ensuring HSFT continues to deliver technology-enabled solutions that support client growth and success.

Fergus holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Studies from University College Dublin.
