Gene Mannella

Gene Mannella serves as Vice Chairman and as a member of both the Management Committee and Operating Committee, helping guide the firm’s strategic vision and commitment to exceptional client service. A respected industry leader with more than four decades of experience in fund administration and financial services, he brings extensive expertise in business leadership, operations, and client delivery.

Before joining HSFT, Gene was President of IFS/State Street, where he played a key role in the firm’s growth and evolution, and later served as a strategic advisor to the business. Earlier, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Lehman Brothers Capital Management. He began his career with KPMG in New York. Gene is a Certified Public Accountant and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
