James Kelly

James Kelly founded HSFT in 2008 and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is a member of the Management Committee and Operating Committee and guides the firm’s long-term strategy. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering innovative technologies and solutions for alternative asset managers.

Prior to HSFT, Jim founded International Fund Services (IFS), which he led as Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2005, establishing the firm as a global leader in hedge fund administration. Earlier roles included president of Moore Capital Management and various roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He began his career at KPMG.
