Joe Kelly

Joe Kelly serves as Senior Managing Director and as a member of the Management and Operating Committees. A fund accounting leader with more than 30 years of industry experience, he helps guide the firm’s strategic direction while driving the continued evolution of HSFT’s fund accounting platform, operating model, and client service capabilities.

Prior to joining HSFT, Joe served as Managing Director and Head of Fund Accounting at IFS/State Street, where he was a member of the senior management team responsible for the firm’s business strategy and operations. He held direct responsibility for multiple client service teams, overseeing the delivery of fund accounting services to a broad range of investment managers. Joe held a number of progressively senior leadership roles throughout his tenure at IFS/State Street.

Earlier, Joe worked as a Fund Accountant at Barings ING Company. Joe has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) since 1994.
