Jonathan Klopacs

Jonathan Klopacs serves as Global Head of Middle Office and member of HSFT’s Operating Committee. He leads the firm’s middle office platform, overseeing core and enhanced middle office services, security master, asset servicing, and strategic vendor relationships. Since joining HSFT in 2012, Jon has been instrumental in expanding and advancing the firm’s middle office capabilities, including launching HSFT’s enhanced middle office services offering in Europe and subsequently leading the Global Middle Office function from New York. Throughout his tenure, he has driven several operational and technology initiatives, including establishing a client-specific testing group within the Quality Assurance department and previously serving as Product Owner of HSFT’s proprietary business intelligence platform.

Prior to HSFT, Jon served as Vice President of Operations at IFS/State Street, where he developed deep expertise in alternative investment operations, client service delivery, and platform management.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University.
