Julie McGlynn

Julie McGlynn serves as Chief Compliance Officer and as a member of the Management and Operating Committees. She leads HSFT’s global compliance program, overseeing regulatory governance, risk management, and compliance oversight across the organization. With more than two decades of experience, Julie plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s control environment and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Prior to joining HSFT, Julie served as Senior Managing Director of Relationship Management at IFS/State Street. Earlier, she held the role of Managing Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance, where she was responsible for enhancing operational controls and regulatory oversight across the business. Before joining IFS/State Street in 2001, Julie was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP and previously held audit positions at Goldstein Golub & Kessler and Paul Scherer LLP.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
