Marcus Malley

Marcus Malley is a Senior Managing Director and member of HSFT’s Operating Committee. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has led HSFT’s Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance functions. In this role, he helps drive the automation of complex financial statements, strengthen the firm’s control environment and regulatory framework, and enhance service delivery standards. He plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the firm’s growth.

Prior to joining HSFT, Marcus was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Audit practice at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in the audit of alternative investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, building a strong foundation in accounting and financial services.

With more than 25 years of experience in the funds industry, Marcus brings deep expertise in financial reporting, governance, risk management, and operational oversight. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
