Michael Grinberg

Michael Grinberg serves as Senior Managing Director, Global Technology at HSFT, where he oversees key technology operations and service functions across the firm’s global technology organization. His responsibilities include Application Support, Global End User Services, Service Desk operations, ITSM functions including Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, ticketing/portal support and enterprise monitoring, as well as RPA initiatives focused on robotic and AI-driven automation to improve business processes. He focuses on strengthening operational resilience, advancing automation, and aligning technology services with the evolving needs of the business and HSFT’s clients.

Prior to joining HSFT, Michael held technology roles at Direct Edge stock exchange and Bloomberg, bringing deep experience across financial technology, market infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems from CUNY New York City College of Technology.
