Michael Mannella

Michael Mannella serves as Senior Managing Director—Business Development and as a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where he leads the firm’s business development, implementation, and client relationship management functions. He plays a key role in driving strategic growth, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service across the organization.

Michael began his HSFT career within the firm’s Valuations and Risk team, providing him with a strong foundation in the operational and analytical complexities facing investment managers. Prior to joining HSFT, he was a member of the Valuations group at IFS/State Street. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Relations from The College of William & Mary and an MBA in Financial Analysis from Duke University.
