Nigel Salmon

Nigel Salmon serves as a Senior Managing Director and a member of both the Management Committee and Operating Committee, helping lead the strategic development and management of HSFT’s European operations while providing executive oversight to multiple client service teams. With deep expertise in fund accounting and client service delivery, Nigel has played a key role in scaling the firm’s operating platform and supporting the growth of its global client base.

Prior to joining HSFT in 2008, Nigel was Managing Director and Head of Fund Accounting at IFS/State Street, where he held a series of senior leadership positions. He began his career at Chapman Flood Chartered Accountants, where he completed his professional accountancy training.

With nearly three decades of experience in fund administration and financial services, Nigel brings extensive leadership, operational, and industry expertise to HSFT. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA).
