Peadar Ryan

Peadar Ryan serves as Head of HSFT (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., and member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where he leads the firm’s Luxembourg operations across both regulated and alternative fund structures. With more than 20 years of experience in fund services, he oversees the delivery of fund administration, investor services, and fund accounting solutions while driving operational excellence and regulatory oversight. As Responsible Person (RR) for the entity, Peadar is accountable for ensuring compliance with HSFT’s regulatory obligations and maintaining strong governance standards with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

Prior to HSFT, Peadar served as VP of Investor Services at Citi Alternative Investment Services, where he held senior leadership responsibilities across client servicing and fund operations.

Peadar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and is a member of both the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO) and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
