Rita Davis

Rita Davis serves as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where she partners with the firm’s human resources, workplace operations, corporate services, and employee support functions. With a career spanning investor services, operations, and human capital management, she plays a central role in shaping the culture and operational framework that support HSFT’s global workforce and growth.

Prior to HSFT, Rita spent more than 15 years with IFS/State Street, where she advanced to Director of Investor Services and managed complex client relationships across a range of investment strategies. Earlier in her career, she held investor services positions at Investment Management Services (IMS), and she began her career at Moore Capital Management.

Rita’s experience across client service, operations, and corporate leadership gives her a unique perspective on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.
