Sarah Murtagh

Sarah Murtagh serves as Senior Managing Director of Fund Accounting at HSFT, where she leads multiple client service teams supporting a diverse range of alternative investment managers. She drives the development and implementation of system, procedural, and operational enhancements that strengthen the firm’s fund accounting platform, improve efficiency, and support scalable client service delivery. Sarah’s experience spans a broad spectrum of multibillion-dollar investment strategies, including commodity, global macro, event-driven, multi-strategy, and distressed debt funds.

Prior to joining HSFT, Sarah was a Manager of Fund Accounting at IFS/State Street, where she joined in 2005 and gained extensive experience in fund administration and client service.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Financial Services from University College Dublin. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
