Sinéad Cunningham

Sinéad Cunningham serves as a Senior Managing Director of Fund Accounting at HSFT. Since joining the firm in 2008, she has played a key leadership role in the delivery and oversight of complex credit-focused fund structures, including bank debt and private credit portfolios. She has extensive experience managing client relationships across a broad range of investment strategies and has led the onboarding and transition of numerous managers onto the HSFT platform, ensuring successful operational implementation and long-term service excellence.

Prior to joining HSFT, Sinéad was a Director of Fund Accounting at IFS/State Street, where she was responsible for servicing a multi-billion-dollar distressed debt fund. Earlier in her career, she worked in mutual fund administration with the Bank of Ireland Securities Services and State Street alliance.

Sinéad holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from University College Cork and is a qualified Management Accountant (ACMA).
