Susan Byrne

Susan Byrne serves as Senior Managing Director of Investor Services and as a member of the Management and Operating Committees. She co-leads the delivery and evolution of HSFT’s investor services offering, overseeing key functions including investor onboarding and due diligence, transaction processing, investor reporting, client service, and operations. With decades of industry experience, Susan plays a central role in shaping strategy, enhancing operational capabilities, and supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Prior to joining HSFT, Susan served as Managing Director of Investor Services at IFS/State Street, where she led investor servicing operations for hedge fund clients. During her tenure, she held a series of progressively senior leadership roles, helping shape the firm’s growth and strategic direction.

Earlier, Susan worked with Irish Life Assurance Company in the Group Business Division, where she began her career and completed her accounting qualification. Susan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
