Willie Graham

Willie Graham serves as Senior Managing Director of Investor Services and member of the firm’s Operating Committee, where he co-leads investor servicing operations and helps drive the evolution of the firm’s client and investor experience. With more than three decades of industry experience, he oversees the delivery of investor onboarding, transaction processing, reporting, and client service functions, while advancing operational efficiency, service quality, and technology-enabled solutions.

Prior to HSFT, Willie served as Director of Investor Services at IFS/State Street, where he was responsible for managing investor services teams and overseeing all aspects of investor servicing, including investor activity processing, reporting, client relationship management, and technology development.

Earlier in his career, Willie spent seven years at PFPC International Ltd. (now PNC Global Investment Services), where he served as Head of Transfer Agency and Investor Services, leading teams responsible for investor servicing and operational delivery.

Willie holds a Diploma in Law.
